That was an interesting tutorial. I'm not sure I've ever called myself a "lifelong learner", but the concept is very familiar. People have asked why I've always loved libraries, and I've tried to explain that it's my need to be a "perpetual information and idea sponge" (or something similar). But I think it's the same idea as "lifelong learning".
Of the 7 1/2 habits, I find 'use technology to your advantage' the easiest to do. Technology just opens up so many extra paths, taking advantage seems obvious. Probably the hardest habit for me is: 'have confidence in yourself as a competent, effective learner', since I tend to prefer wandering-learning and as-needed learning over the highly-structured, extended learning processes. But perhaps this works alright in the "lifelong learning" context.
